Fees & refunds
Fees is non refundable in any circumstances clearly.
Payment for Registration Fee
Ofcourse, The registration cost for share market classes must be paid either online or at the counter during the registration procedure therefore.
It should be noted that the registration procedure will only be completed once the online registration fee has been paid.
Eligibility for admission
Minumum Qualification: 10th Grade
Min Age : 18+
Students Below 18: Parent/Guardian Signature is must on the admission form.
List of Documents required at the time of Admission
At the time of admission, applicants must present the following documents in original, together with one set of self-attested photocopies:
- Original print-out of Institute form with signatures of candidate or guardian/parents in case of a minor.
- Two passport size self-attested photograph.
- Self Attested copy of Aadhar Card/Voter ID

Terms and conditions
Whereas, Full payment of the course fees must be received by the date of the course commencement. Since, The institute will only confirm enrolments when a 50% deposit is made. Also, Rest 50% amount will be paid by student within 15 days or the institute has the right to charge late fees of ₹100/- per day and may put the session on hold or may terminate the student alternatively.
Cancellation by the applicant & Non -attendance.
Cancellation or non-attendance due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not entitle the applicant to a refund, extra tuition or a transfer Certainly. Cancellation by the Institute
Learning sharks institute reserves the right to amend or cancel courses, change course dates, substitute educators at any time. While, The Institute guarantees a three (3) working day notice where a course is cancelled or rescheduled. Even so, The applicant will be given an option to choose another related course or to be given a full refund of the course fees or of the classes cancelled.
Rescheduling of Classes by the Institute
And, If a particular class is postponed for which the Institute is responsible, such as staff illness, the Institute will ensure that the class is rescheduled. In addition to that, where this is not possible, will add the missed hours on to the remaining course classes.
Course Material and the use of Learning sharks trading floor
The course fee includes the cost of electronic course notes, access to an online student area and basic course materials also. While studying at Learning sharks Institute, students are not allowed to install any software Institute, or change any computer set-ups or passwords. Ofcourse, No mobile phone, games or any other similar electronic equipment, unless with the consent of the Institute, is allowed to be used during class. Smoking in the Institute premises is strictly prohibited. For this reason, Eating/drinking in class is not allowed.
Evidently, Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Therefore, If a student becomes persistently disruptive, the Institute reserves the right to give a verbal and/or written warning. Thus, If a student is dismissed for misconduct, no refund will be given. Students are liable for any damage cause to the institute premises.
Again, The Institute endeavours to keep any personal information, divulged by the applicant, confidential. Such personal data will not be given to third parties. Personal information will only be used for educational, promotional or marketing purposes unless the applicant does not wish to receive such information.
There are no classes on public holidays then, unless in particular circumstances, the Institute deems it fit that classes are to be held as usual. Consequently, Students will receive a reminder via email where a class is scheduled on a public holiday.
Nevertheless, The Institute reserves the right and retains copyright to all promotional photographs, which may be taken of students on its premises. Alternatively, The Institute will obtain permission from the student before taking photographs, and the student has the right not to be photographed. Clearly, No personal details of students will be passed to third parties, except the appropriate authorities, without prior consent.
